When you purchase tickets through our platform, you benefit from our built-in ticket protection. We work directly with venues and suppliers to ensure your tickets are valid, delivered securely, and backed by our support team.

What's Covered

  • Guaranteed Validity: Every ticket sold through our platform is sourced directly from authorized suppliers. If a ticket is rejected at the venue due to an error on our side, we will resolve it.
  • Secure Delivery: Tickets are delivered through secure channels — email, account download, QR code, or mobile wallet — with encryption and access controls in place.
  • Venue Cancellations: If an attraction or event is permanently canceled by the venue and the supplier provides a refund path, we will process your refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Duplicate Prevention: Our systems prevent duplicate redemption and unauthorized sharing of ticket codes.

What's Not Covered

  • Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers
  • Venue closures due to weather, unless the venue offers a refund or rebooking
  • Entry denied due to visitor violations of venue rules (e.g., dress code, behavior)
  • Tickets shared publicly or screenshots posted online
