You may be charged taxes and fees based on:
- The attraction location

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout.
C) International Purchases
If you purchase from outside the U.S.:

- You remain responsible for compliance with any local rules that apply to you, including import, consumer, or data protection rules
Ticket Delivery and Use

Tickets are subject to the supplier's and venue's rules, which may include:

- Entry screening and security policies
You agree to follow those rules. If the venue denies entry due to rule violations, that is not automatically a basis for a refund.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
A) Default Rule
Refundability depends on the ticket type, supplier terms, and program rules. Some tickets are final sale.
B) When Refunds May Be Denied
Refunds may be denied if:
- The ticket is non-refundable under supplier rules
- You used the ticket or it was scanned
- You violated eligibility requirements
- The request is outside the allowed window
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
C) When Refunds May Be Offered
Refunds may be offered if:
- The supplier allows it

- We choose to offer a refund as a customer service exception
