Our Community Standards
Our platforms are built for communities — families, friends, neighbors, and visitors who want to discover and enjoy local experiences together. To keep our platforms safe and welcoming, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.
Be Respectful
Treat others with courtesy and respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or discrimination of any kind are not tolerated. This includes interactions with other users, venue staff, support agents, and anyone else you encounter through our platforms.
Be Honest
Do not misrepresent your identity, eligibility status, or intent. This includes using false information to qualify for eligibility-based programs, creating fake accounts, or posting misleading reviews or content.
Follow the Rules
- Do not resell tickets in violation of venue or platform rules
- Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our platform
- Do not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Respect venue policies including entry requirements, blackout dates, and safety protocols
Consequences
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, order cancellation, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it through our Report Abuse page or contact our support team. We take all reports seriously and review them promptly.
