What Counts as Abuse

Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of other users or staff
• Fraudulent use of eligibility programs or identity misrepresentation
• Unauthorized ticket resale or scalping
• Use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools to manipulate the platform
• Posting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempts to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform

How to Report

If you witness or are the target of abusive behavior on our platform, please contact our support team immediately. Include as much detail as possible: usernames, screenshots, dates, and a description of the behavior.

What Happens Next

All abuse reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. We investigate each report thoroughly and may take actions including content removal, account suspension, order cancellation, or permanent platform bans. In cases involving illegal activity, we may involve law enforcement.

Your identity will be kept confidential during the investigation process. We do not share reporter information with the individual being reported unless required by law.
