Rules and guidelines for tickets purchased on our platform

General Ticket Rules

All tickets purchased through our platform are subject to the terms set by the venue or supplier, as well as the policies outlined here and in our Terms of Service.

Validity and Expiration

  • Tickets are valid for the dates and times specified at the time of purchase.
  • Some tickets have flexible visit dates within a validity window. Check your ticket details for specific dates.
  • Expired tickets cannot be used, exchanged, or refunded unless the supplier's policy allows it.

Transfer and Resale

  • Tickets may not be resold or transferred unless explicitly permitted by the venue or supplier.
  • Tickets obtained through eligibility-based programs are non-transferable and may require ID at the gate.
  • Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

Entry Requirements

  • Some venues require advance reservations even with a valid ticket.
  • Venues may require government-issued ID for entry, especially for eligibility-based tickets.
  • Venues reserve the right to deny entry for safety, capacity, or behavioral reasons.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If your tickets are lost or stolen, contact our support team as soon as possible. We may be able to reissue tickets depending on the supplier's policy and whether the tickets have already been redeemed.
