Our policies for refunds, cancellations, and order changes

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the ticket type, supplier terms, and the program under which the ticket was purchased. Some tickets are refundable, while others are sold as final sale. Refund eligibility is displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order you'd like to request a refund for
  3. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason for the request
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days

When Refunds Are Approved

Refunds may be approved when:

  • The ticket or experience has not been used or redeemed
  • The supplier's refund policy permits it
  • The venue has permanently canceled the event or attraction
  • There was an error on our part during purchase or fulfillment

When Refunds May Be Denied

  • The ticket has been used, redeemed, or scanned at the venue
  • The ticket is marked as non-refundable
  • The refund request is outside the allowed window
  • Eligibility requirements were not met or were misrepresented
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation eligibility follows the same rules as refunds. Once a ticket has been redeemed or the event has passed, cancellation is no longer possible.
