What to Include

When reporting an issue, please include as much detail as possible:

  • The page or feature where the issue occurred
  • Your order number, if the issue is related to a purchase
  • Screenshots, if available
  • The device and browser you were using

Urgent Issues

If you are experiencing an issue that prevents you from using tickets you've already purchased for a same-day visit, please contact our support team immediately so we can prioritize your case.
