Payment methods, processing, and billing policies

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported)
- Additional payment methods may be available depending on the platform and region
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time of purchase. If a payment fails, the order will not be completed and no tickets will be issued.
Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These fees are not controlled by us.
Receipts and Invoices
A confirmation email with order details and a receipt is sent to your registered email address after each purchase. You can also view and download receipts from your account dashboard under "My Orders."
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process, and unresolved chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
