Traveling Spritz Cart

A mobile cart roams the hotel’s lobby and public corridors on Saturdays, serving crisp spritz cocktails and refreshing mocktails. Guests can pause their day to enjoy a handcrafted drink, featuring Tessake sake—a nod to Rollins College alumni. The casual, free‑service vibe adds a playful touch to the inn’s upscale atmosphere.
