The Art of Pause

Discover the art of slowing down. In our busy lives, we rarely spend more than a few moments with a work of art. The Art of Pause series invites you to do the opposite. Through mindful observation, guided conversation, drawing, and reflective journaling, participants will explore a single artwork each session while cultivating curiosity, creativity, and presence.
